We are recruiting for a Knowledge Development/PSL Lawyer for a leading regional Legal 500 firm’s Private Client team based in their Hampshire office. You will join a team ranked in the Legal 500 recognised for its expertise in a broad range of matters including wills, trusts, estate planning and contentious probate.

This is a key role sitting in the heart of the team to provide support by developing and managing its precedents, know-how and training programmes as well as helping to manage internal projects to enhance the team’s client service. The Private Wealth team provides advice on UK and international tax and estate planning, trusts and trust administration, landed estates and immigration.

You will deliver training and assist fee-earners with technical queries as well as working to develop the team’s use of technology.

This role is suitable for a well-established private client lawyer who is looking to move away from a fee-earner role while continuing to take part in strategic projects and campaigns, identifying new opportunities for the team. You may currently be a Knowledge or PSL lawyer looking to move into a role with a firm that has a clear path for progression for its Knowledge team. The firm offers a comprehensive benefits package as well as agile working. Applicants looking for 4 days a week will be considered and working from home is available.
