The firm is a leading UK law firm seeking an experienced Commercial Contracts Lawyer to join their office in London.
You will join a market-leading team and lead on high-value commercial projects across a range of sectors including Retail, Food & Drink, Sport, Leisure and Logistics, and support clients on regulatory compliance e.g. consumer. Work will involve the following:
- supply arrangements
- commercial joint ventures
- collaboration and partnering arrangements
- sale and purchase terms and conditions
- distribution and agency
- logistics and warehousing
- consumer contracts
- services agreements
You will also have the opportunity to help shape client relationships, mentor junior colleagues and play an active role in business development.
Please apply if you have a minimum of 6 years PQE in commercial contracts within a recognised practice. You must be a SRA or Law Society of Scotland registered lawyer. Strong experience advising on commercial agreements (knowledge of IP, data protection and consumer regulation is helpful, but not essential). Ability to manage complex projects, draft and negotiate confidently, and work directly with senior stakeholders.
