A highly ranked UK law firm specialising in the technology, media and entertainment sectors are seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate to join them.
The Commercial Litigation Team
You will join a Legal 500 ranked Commercial Litigation team made up of 17 including 4 Partners. The team work across a broad range of litigation for clients from various industries and sectors which include media, technology, telecoms, private capital, property, financial advisory and investment, entertainment and retail.
The Role
You must have practical experience of working independently on smaller matters and being part of a team on larger matters. You will work directly with partners and other lawyers in the Group. You will manage your own varied caseload of commercial disputes including breach of contract, company law disputes and ‘fraud’ claims. You will also be expected to take an active role and interest in marketing and business development within the firm and across all the firm’s industries.
Candidate
It is essential you have between 3-5 years PQE and are UK qualified. You must be technically excellent with the ability to deliver advice in a pragmatic and commercial manner. You will have experience in general commercial disputes and will ideally have experience in the technology, media and entertainment sectors.
