We are recruiting for a Banking & Finance Senior Associate to join a leading National top 60 law firm.
You will act for a variety of lenders, corporates and sponsors on a range of transactions including leverage finance, real estate finance, project finance and asset based lending. You will advise on a broad range of banking and finance matters leading on transactions with appropriate supervision, managing matters from instruction through to completion. You will also support and mentor junior team members and actively participate in business development opportunities.
You will have a minimum of 5 years PQE in banking and finance and must have strong drafting skills. Strong experience in corporate lending, real estate finance and/or leveraged finance would be beneficial.
