We are representing a leading healthcare firm who are seeking a Regulatory Solicitor to join their busy team in London.

Role

You will join a busy team of lawyers ranked in the top-tier by the legal directories acting for medical defence organisations and private clients in respect of regulatory, disciplinary, coronial and criminal matters. You will represent professionals across the country on investigations, Inquests, police investigations and prosecutions and disciplinary matters. The work is varied, challenging and rewarding and the cases cover everything from large-scale fraud or multi-patient clinical failings through to inappropriate sexual behaviour.

Candidate

You must be a qualified solicitor with experience in UK regulatory law. It is essential that you have experience in medical regulatory law regarding disciplinary and fitness to practice hearings. Advocacy experience is not essential.
