A highly regarded top 100 national law firm are seeking a talented Senior Real Estate Associate (6+ PQE) to join their Manchester office.
Role You will join a team who act for NHS organisations, local government, independent health and social care providers, emergency services providers and primary healthcare providers.
You will undertake general commercial property work including development work, landlord and tenant, asset management and major land sales.
You will be responsible for your own caseload as well as working closely with other senior members of the team on business development opportunities.
Ideal applicant You must have a good knowledge of commercial property law from a well regarded firm.
Experience of commercial property within the healthcare sector would be a welcome advantage but is not essential.
