A leading global law firm are seeking a Real Estate PSL Lawyer to join their team fully-remotely.
Role
You will work with one of the world's leading real estate teams whose work includes real estate finance, asset management, due diligence support and corporate real estate. You will join a team who use bespoke technology solutions to deliver services. There will be monthly team training as well as team building and regular opportunities for socialising.
Responsibilities will include:
- Producing high-value knowledge content for internal and external use
- Monitoring the use of legal technology platforms used by the team
- Assisting in exploring new technology
- Maintaining and updating existing precedent documents
- Tracking legal developments
- Supporting fee-earners with legal queries
- Promoting knowledge sharing
- Delivering training
- Supporting thought leadership and BD activities
Candidate
You must be England and Wales qualified and will have at least 7 years PQE in commercial real estate from a well-regarded city or global law firm. Experience as a knowledge lawyer is advantageous. You should have technical expertise in either real estate finance, corporate M&A, due diligence or asset management. Candidates looking for 4 or 5 days a week will be considered.
