A highly successful Legal 500 ranked commercial property team in the Thames Valley are seeking a Real Estate NQ to join them.
In this role you will be acting for banks, private lenders, household names as well as high net worth individuals and land owners. A large amount of the role will involve transactional work but the team also advise on other areas.
The firm are seeking either a newly qualified commercial property solicitor or a trainee who is due to qualify and has completed a seat in commercial property. You must have excellent technical skills and experience in a broad range of commercial property. This is likely to include sales and acquisitions, landlord and tenant matters, property finance and possibly development work.
You will join a team with an excellent reputation in the Thames Valley with City quality work. You will be working with exciting dynamic clients in a firm that pride themselves on developing their employees' careers and rewarding them for their hard work.
