Client A highly successful tier 1 ranked commercial property team in Surrey are seeking a Real Estate Solicitor to join them. Role In this role you will be acting for banks, private lenders, household names as well as high net worth individuals and land owners. A large amount of the role will involve transactional work but the team also advise on other areas. You The firm are seeking either a commercial property solicitor with between 0-2 years PQE. You must have excellent technical skills and experience in a broad range of commercial property. This is likely to include sales and acquisitions, landlord and tenant matters, property finance and possibly development work. Why apply?
