Real Estate Associate (Southampton)

A leading global law firm are seeking a Real Estate Associate to join their highly regarded Real Estate team in their Southampton office.

Role

In this role the successful candidate is expected to be a technically proficient real estate lawyer ideally with 1PQE who has had extensive exposure to quality real estate work from a large city / regional firm.

Candidates will be expected to be able to demonstrate at interview that they have:

• Rounded experience advising landlords and/or tenants on large portfolios of properties.
• Strong internal and external networking skills and use these effectively to generate work in your own right.
• Ideally, have experience of supervising the technical work of others and enjoy devoting dedicated time to share your expertise through coaching and mentoring.
• Experience advising landlords and/or tenants on large portfolios of property.
• Extensive exposure to quality real estate work gained in a large regional or city firm.

You

This role would suit candidates with at least 1 year PQE in real estate law from a well-regarded firm.
