A leading global law firm are seeking a Real Estate Associate to join their highly regarded Real Estate team in their Southampton office. In this role the successful candidate is expected to be a technically proficient real estate lawyer ideally with 1PQE who has had extensive exposure to quality real estate work from a large city / regional firm.
Rounded experience advising landlords and/or tenants on large portfolios of properties. Strong internal and external networking skills and use these effectively to generate work in your own right. Ideally, have experience of supervising the technical work of others and enjoy devoting dedicated time to share your expertise through coaching and mentoring.
This role would suit candidates with at least 1 year PQE in real estate law from a well-regarded firm. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly regarded team of real estate lawyers who are leaders in their field, working on high quality work with interesting clients. You will join a collegiate, close-knit team who support each other and promote career development. A competitive package is on offer as well as Hybrid working.
