A leading South East top 100 law firm are seeking an Associate to join their Commercial Property team in Guildford.
You will advise on a broad range of commercial property matters supporting clients on high value deals. Those clients include mid-tier businesses, household name PLCs and high net worth clients. You will advise on landlord and tenant matters, sales and acquisitions and will offer corporate support on transactions. You will work individually as well as supporting more senior members of the team. You will work with a number of partners within the group as well as running cases with minimal supervision.
Please apply if you have experience from a well regarded regional, national or City law firm with between 2-4 years PQE. You must have solid technical experience in commercial property law.
