You will join a highly successful employment team who are highly sought after and offer complex employer and employee advice.
Role
- Lead and manage complex employment law matters including HR and board advice, advising on redundancies, dismissals and discrimination matters and employee relation advice.
- Drive business development and strengthen client and referrer relationships.
- Provide strategic, commercially-focused advice across a range of sectors.
- Collaborate with colleagues across departments to deliver seamless client service.
- Mentor and develop senior associates and other team members to support growth and excellence.
- Play an active role in shaping the strategic direction of the employment law practice and the wider firm.
Candidate profile
- Qualified lawyer with significant post-qualification experience (typically 8+ years PQE) in employment law.
- Existing Partner, Legal Director, or ambitious Senior Associate ready for partnership.
- Strong technical expertise combined with commercial insight and leadership skills.
- Proven ability to develop business and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Collaborative, entrepreneurial, and committed to delivering high-quality work.
