A leading national Legal 500 firm are seeking a Commercial Solicitor to join their office in Reading.
You will join the firm’s highly successful commercial and technology team advising on a wide range of commercial agreements including technology and IP agreements, software development and licensing matters and IT and outsourcing agreements.
Please apply if you have between 0-4 years PQE in commercial law with experience from a well regarded firm. A large sector focus in this team is in technology so exposure to this sector would be useful.
You will be local to the Reading area although the firm do offer agile working with 2 to 3 days a week in the office.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and dedicated solicitor looking to take the next step in their career. You will undertake good quality, interesting work with a wide variety of clients with plenty of responsibility early on.
