FirmA National top 70 UK law firm are seeking a Property Litigation NQ Solicitor to join their Reading office.
You will advise investors, developers, owners and occupiers of real estate on real estate issues and disputes. Clients include international corporates, national and local corporates, NHS, local government, charities, universities and colleges, schools and individuals. You will work with an established property litigation team of 3 Partners and 10 fee-earners.
The firm are looking for a confident and self-motivated candidate with property litigation experience. You will advise a broad range of real estate disputes which will include issues relating to:
- Land sale and purchase transactions
- Rights of light
- Restrictive covenants
- Boundary disputes
- Trespassers
- Wayleaves
- Telecoms masts
- Commercial and residential lease renewals
- Lease extensions and enfranchisement
