An award winning Global Law firm is seeking a Corporate Associate (3-5 PQE) to join them.
Role
The team advise on mid-market corporate deals.
You will advise on a broad range of M&A and complex transactions, both domestic and international.
You will advise clients across a broad range of sectors including technology, financial services, insurance and leisure sectors.
Candidate
The team are looking for a 3-5 year PQE corporate lawyer with a general background.
You must have experience in mergers and acquisitions.
Experience with private equity transactions would be beneficial.
