A highly regarded specialist Family law firm are seeking an experienced Solicitor to join them. You will join a team of highly experienced solicitors who advise on a wide range of childcare law issues. You will provide high-quality client care to vulnerable individuals and families running a caseload of family law matters including:
- Non-molestation orders
- Child arrangement orders
- Divorce
- Private children law cases from inception to completion
The firm offers advice to privately funded individuals as well as those funded by legal aid. The majority of your caseload will be child law related but you will also advise on divorce/financial disputes. There is an annual bonus scheme on offer as well as hybrid working from day 1. There are many training and development opportunities as well as a genuine work-life balance in a firm with an excellent working culture.
