Client
We are recruiting for Knowledge Development/PSL Lawyer for a leading top 100 law firm’s Corporate team.
The role
You will join one of the UK’s leading Tier 1 Corporate practices. The team act for mid-tier businesses, household name PLCs and other major international groups, high-net worth private clients and high growth companies.
The work of the team is high-quality and includes:
- Private M&A (buy side and sell side)
- Private equity
- High growth companies/shareholder agreements and articles
- Corporate reorganisations/rationalisations
- General corporate advisory
- Partnership law
- Inward investment and cross border
Your role is to work collaboratively with key stakeholders to develop and implement a Knowledge plan, facilitating and leading know-how meetings and working with the Knowledge Lead on training to the division.
You will also draft and update precedents and other knowledge banks as well as the firm’s intranet and monthly bulletins.
You will deliver training and assist fee-earners with technical queries as well as working to develop the team’s use of technology.
Candidate
This role is suitable for a well-established corporate lawyer who is looking to move away from a fee-earner role where you will continue to take part in strategic projects and campaigns, identifying new opportunities for the team.
You may currently be a Knowledge or PSL lawyer looking to move into a role with a firm who have a clear path for progression for it’s Knowledge team. The firm offer a comprehensive benefits package as well as agile working.
Applicants looking for 4 days a week will be considered and 2-3 days working from home is available.
