We are representing a leading mid-sized Legal 500 City law firm who are recruiting for an IP & Commercial Disputes Associate.
Role
You will be working closely with a Partner advising clients in relation to disputes involving commercial, contractual, reputation management, IT and in particular, intellectual property matters.
This includes trade marks, passing off, copyright, databases, designs, patents, confidential information and disputes involving all forms of business and IT contracts. You will also advise on defamation and privacy issues.
You will also advise clients on general commercial disputes in a broad range of areas.
Candidate
You will be an Associate or Senior Associate with experience in commercial litigation, IP disputes and/or defamation and libel.
It is likely you will have between 4-7 years of PQE with a background in either commercial disputes and/or IP, defamation and libel cases.
