Job Description
A global top 30 law firm are seeking an Intellectual Property Associate to join them.
You will join a Legal 500 and Chambers ranked team who are also in the specialist IP directories.
Role
You will advise clients on domestic and international IP matters including cross-border work. The team advise on the full range of IP rights including trade marks, patents, copyright, database rights, domain names and confidential information. The team have a particular strength in the life sciences technology and consumer/retail brand sectors.
You
Please apply if you have non-contentious experienced from a recognised IP transaction team. You should have experience advising on the drafting and negotiation of IP licenses, partnering, collaboration and R&D agreements as well as on the IP aspects of mergers, acquisitions and investments and the IP aspects of commercial contracts.
The firm are considering a minimum of 2 years PQE and you must have experience in IP licensing.
Experience in the life sciences sector would be advantageous.
