Firm A leading UK and international law firm are seeking an Associate to join their highly successful Home Ownership team. Role You will be part of a busy team advising Housing Associations, developers and other providers in respect of the sale of shared ownership and outright sales and after sales transactions. You will also have the opportunity to get involved in wider real estate work. You will be responsible for your own fee-earning as well as taking an active role in the future growth of the team. Candidate The firm are looking for a Solicitor or candidate qualified through CILEx or the Council for Licensed Conveyancers. You will have a property law background and those with a development or conveyancing background will be considered. Please apply if you have 0-4 years of qualification experience. Why apply?
