Firm
A leading national law firm are seeking a Housing Associate to join their London office.
Role
You will join one of the largest Housing and Regeneration teams in the country who advise on all types of development transactions.
You will work on matters with a commercial property focus on behalf of housing clients. This will include:
- Commenting on heads of terms and other commercial arrangements
- Drafting and negotiating commercial property agreements
- Providing portfolio lease reviews for housing clients
- Supporting the development team in relation to commercial property units associate with new development schemes
- Working alongside the commercial team to fulfil client’s leasing requirements in relation to care homes and supportive living
- Dealing with all transactional aspects of the freehold sale and acquisition of commercial premises
- Support the real estate investment team with acquisitions and asset management matters on behalf of developers, investment funds and housing providers.
Candidate
You will have previous experience in a commercial property, development or real estate role in a UK law firm.
It would be beneficial if you have knowledge, experience and understanding of the housing sector.
