Client We are recruiting for Corporate PSL Lawyer for a leading Legal 500 regional law firm’s Corporate team. You will join an award winning Legal 500 team who act for mid-tier businesses, household name PLCs and other major international groups, high-net worth private clients and high growth companies. The work of the team is high-quality and includes: Private M&A (buy side and sell side) Private equity Partnership law Your role is to work collaboratively with key stakeholders to develop and implement a Knowledge plan, facilitating and leading know-how meetings and working with the Knowledge Lead on training to the division. This role is suitable for a well-established corporate lawyer who is looking to move away from a fee-earner role where you will continue to take part in strategic projects and campaigns, identifying new opportunities for the team.
