A highly regarded top 100 law firm are seeking a Corporate Solicitor (NQ-3 PQE) to join their office in Hampshire.
Role
You will join an award-winning Legal 500 ranked corporate team.
The team act for clients of all sizes – from international listed businesses and large privately owned companies to venture capital firms, private equity houses, management teams, and high net worth individuals.
Work will involve a broad range of corporate legal work including advising on shareholder agreements, share scheme incentives, corporate restructuring and asset purchase and sale transactions as well as business disposals.
You will attend networking and business development events and will have a high amount of responsibility from early on.
You
You must have experience in corporate law from a well regarded law firm in the UK.
Previous experience of corporate restructuring and advising on share scheme incentives is essential.
You will either be completing your training contract, be newly qualified or will have up to 3 years PQE.
