A leading law firm are seeking a Clinical Negligence Associate to join their office in Hampshire in the South East of England. You will join one of the UK’s top clinical negligence teams who regularly secure multi-million-pound settlements for their clients. The team provide advice in relation to injury or loss suffered as a result of any type of treatment by doctors, nurses and other healthcare professionals and operate as specialist advisers especially for serious injury claims involving birth injuries.
Role
You will run your own caseload of clinical negligence claims under supervision as well as supporting Partners on more complex matters. Cases will largely involve wrongful birth cases, mostly involving catastrophic and life-changing injuries.
Candidate
You will have gained experience in a leading clinical negligence team and will have between 0-2 years of experience in clinical negligence. You must be qualified or completing your training contract in England and Wales.
