A leading top 100 South East law firm are seeking a Senior Employment Associate to join their busy team in Guildford.
You will join a top ranked high-calibre employment law team who advise on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious employment law matters acting for multinational FTSE-100 companies and SMEs to owner managed businesses. Work will include advising on employment contracts and policies, performance and absence management, disciplinary and grievance procedures and managing restructuring, redundancies and executive severance as well as ad-hoc, day to day support to employers. The team also advise on all aspects of discrimination issues and regularly deal with Employment Tribunal and High Court litigation.
You will have between 5-7 years PQE and experience from a well regarded firm. You must have experience in both contentious and non-contentious employment law. Full-time and Part-time candidates will be considered and the firm offer hybrid working with 2 or 3 days required in the office.
