Education Senior Associate (London Area)

Client

A leading top 50 international law firm are seeking a Senior Associate to join their highly successful Education team.

Role

You will join a highly regarded team who work with over 300 educational establishments from nurseries through to higher and further education colleges and universities.

The team work closely with institutions on student matters, governance and employment as well as data protection matters, projects, commercial contracts, outsourcing and procurement. The team also advise on governance for academy trusts, charity law and company law.

You will work closely with Boards of Governors, Heads Bursars, Commercial School Groups and School Proprietors of independent schools.

You will work on a broad range of educational matters, leading on the work the team do with academies.

Candidate

You will be a qualified solicitor with a minimum of 6 years PQE and a solid grounding in education work. The firm are open to candidates who have a particular specialism in education law as the team are looking to significantly grow.
