A leading national UK law firm are seeking an Associate to join their Real Estate Finance team.

The team covers every aspect of a real estate deal, advising lenders and borrowers on loans related to property sales and acquisitions, and they help to finance property development and refinance existing debt. The team work with all kinds of lenders, including mainstream banks, bridging loan companies, challenger banks and peer-to-peer lenders and individual borrowers. You will advise on a range of issues across the breadth of real estate finance.

This role would suit you if you come from a Real Estate Finance background, or you have had some exposure to real estate finance work through a broader commercial property role. Please apply if you have between 3-5 years PQE with some exposure to real estate finance. Candidates working in a broader real estate role will also be considered.
