An award winning Legal 500 boutique technology firm are seeking a Commercial Solicitor to join their office in Buckinghamshire.
You will join the firm’s highly successful Commercial and technology team advising on a wide range of commercial agreements including technology and IP agreements, software development and licensing matters and IT and outsourcing agreements. You may also be required to support the corporate team. You will work with household-name brands, innovative technology companies and owner-managed businesses across a wide range of matters.
You will draft, negotiate and advise on a broad range of commercial agreements such as supply and distribution contracts, licensing agreements, technology and software agreements and high-value service contracts. You will also have the opportunity to advise on intellectual property matters, including IP protection, licensing, brand strategy and IP considerations within commercial transactions.
Please apply if you have between 0-2 years PQE in commercial law with experience from a well regarded firm. A large sector focus in this firm is in technology so exposure to this sector would be useful. Candidates with a general commercial experience or IP experience are encouraged to apply.
