Firm A, a leading specialist partnership, employment and regulatory law firm based in London, are seeking an Associate to join them to focus on a broad range of commercial disputes.

Role

This role will have a focus on commercial litigation, with a particular emphasis on High Court disputes. Work will involve partnership disputes including wrongdoing, misconduct and discrimination as well as general commercial litigation. There will also be an opportunity to work on regulatory investigations which include providing professional discipline advice to firms and individuals in the legal, accountancy and other sectors. The team advise US and UK law firms and partners, hedge fund and investment management partners, US and other multi-national employers, senior executives and founders on a range of issues.

Candidate

Please apply if you have between 1-3 years PQE in commercial disputes with High Court experience. Experience in employment law, partnership disputes and regulatory disputes will also be of interest.
