We are recruiting for a mid-level Associate for a top 30 global law firm’s Commercial, Data and Technology team in London.

You will sit in the wider Intellectual Property, Technology and Data Practice Group which comprises of 9 Partners and 25 Associates. You will advise on a split of technology transactions and data protection matters. This will include software licensing, large scale IT outsourcing and implementation projects and complex data sharing and monetisation agreements. You will also advise on the intersection of AI with privacy.

You will work with clients in a broad range of sectors but with a focus on technology, life sciences, art and transport and financial services. There are also regular secondment opportunities.

You will have between 3-5 years PQE from a private practice firm advising on technology transactions and data protection matters. Candidates who focus more on one area are still encouraged to apply.
