A highly regarded mid-sized Top 100 City firm are seeking a Commercial Property Development Solicitor to join them. You will join the team’s beautiful office in the City of London with a total headcount of around 400. The team are ranked on the Legal 500 for their expertise in Real Estate and Development and they are one of the largest practice areas in the firm.
You will focus on working with both commercial and residential developers on a range of work including site acquisition and disposals, investment, development, landlord and tenant, affordable housing and BTR disposals, estate management and property finance, amongst others.
Please apply if you have between 1-3 PQE with a background in commercial property development from a well regarded regional or City law firm.
This is a fantastic opportunity to gain high-level experience on a range of interesting matters, receiving work from and engaging with all partners in the team (and working closely with the wider Commercial Property team), liaising with and managing clients directly to achieve successful outcomes. No two days will be the same.
