We are recruiting for a Banking & Finance Associate (0-3 PQE) for a leading Legal 500 City Law firm.
The team acts for borrowers and lenders including international banks, private equity investors and family offices as well as corporate borrowers and high net worth individuals. The team advises on a full range of banking and finance matters.
In this role you will advise on a broad range of banking and finance matters including complex, cross-border projects. The role will have a real estate finance focus but you will also be involved in acquisition and leveraged finance.
You will have between 0-3 years PQE in banking and finance and must have strong drafting skills. Experience in real estate finance is essential.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading City firm who are consistently recognised in Chambers and Legal 500 for finance. You will undertake good quality, interesting work with a wide variety of clients with plenty of responsibility early on.
