KM4HR have partnered with our renowned client to exclusively recruit a professional payroller, with comprehensive iTrent experience, needed for a four-month fixed term contract from mid-May to mid-September 2025. Needed to process a fortnightly payroll for approximately 300 staff, you will be required to work 25 hours per week, 5 hours per day, for the term of the contract.
Daily tasks will include:
- Collating and inputting payroll data changes into iTrent
- Checking Payroll and HR changes have been entered accurately into the payroll system
- Checking statutory absence calculations
- Spot checking tax and National Insurance deductions
- Checking for National Minimum Wage compliance
- Communicating with other staff members and departments to ensure data accuracy
- Production of fortnightly reports and any other ad-hoc reports as required
- Processing FPS and HMRC downloads for each pay period
- Liaising with the wider team regarding period end balancing
- Answering of payroll queries
- Assisting with the processing of third-party payments
You will need to be a pro-active team player, with a can-do attitude and the ability to be firm but fair when dealing with colleagues. This position can be worked fully remote.
