KM4HR are exclusively partnering with a Cambridge based organisation to recruit a HR Business Partner for their multi-site, international organisation. The HR Business Partner will provide expert people management support, strategic insight, and operational HR guidance. Partnering closely with the senior leadership and executive teams you will have the opportunity to influence and shape strategic people plans across the group.
In this position we are looking for a driven HR professional who is happy to consult and advise on the entire employee lifecycle whilst coaching and developing colleagues who sit within the wider HR team. Essentially in this role we will be looking for:
- Current experience working within a HR generalist or HR Business Partner role.
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
- Ability to build strong relationships with senior leaders and influence at a strategic level.
- Skilled in interpreting HR data to drive decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Experience managing employee relations cases and organisational change.
- Ability to work collaboratively across a multi-site organisation.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and training delivery skills.
- Experience within the education sector, or regulated environments.
