KM4HR are exclusively working with a leading retailer to recruit a HR/People Advisor to join their award-winning team. As 1 of two dedicated HR Advisors to their entire store network you will be providing generalist support. A strong knowledge and confidence in this area is essential. In addition, you will also have the opportunity to work on several transformation related projects as an integral member. This is the perfect opportunity for you if you want to get more involved with HR Projects and would like an opportunity to transition from Advisor to HR/People Business Partner.
Responsibilities:
- Acting as a day to day contact for Managers, providing guidance, advice and support on a wide range of employee cases.
- Managing the employee lifecycle from a HR perspective ensuring contractual changes/amendments and withdrawals are actioned efficiently and fully.
- Supporting the People Manager by advising on ER cases.
- Supporting on the development, review and implementation of People Policies and procedures.
This is a fully involved role needing someone who can work at pace and who enjoys variety. Experience of working in a multi-site environment is desirable. This is a fixed term contract which will be reviewed prior to August 2026 and requires you to be in the office 3 days per week.
