Duties

  • Classroom delivery and workplace assessments for Industrial Cleaning, and Waste Management vocational qualifications up to Level 3.
  • Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner's needs.
  • Monitor learner attendance and progress through regular learner assessment and reviews.
  • The successful candidate must be engaging and able to demonstrate energy and passion to motivate / train learners in order to help them realisetheir potential.
  • You will follow schemes of work but have the flair to make them your own, and deliver encouraging, nurturing and motivating training and assessments.

Essential Criteria

  • Hold a recognised Assessor award: D32/33, A1, CAVA or TAQA
  • Must have experience of delivering engaging training / workshops, or assessments to learners, within Industrial Cleaning and Waste.
  • Organisational skills are a must, and you will manage a cohort / caseload of learners.
  • Must be an expert in your field with substantial hands-on competency in waste management and industrial cleaning.
  • Prepared to undertake any vetting / security clearances, as required for the role.
  • Full UK driving licence and own vehicle.
