We are seeking an engaging and motivated individual to work with participants facing complex barriers, delivering tailored support to help them build confidence, develop skills, and progress towards sustainable employment and positive long-term outcomes.
The Role
- Manage a caseload of participants, delivering structured support from initial engagement through to progression planning and evaluation.
- Provide ongoing support, guidance, and encouragement to help participants remain engaged and focused.
- Deliver both 1:1 and group-based interventions aimed at addressing barriers, developing skills, and supporting reintegration into the community.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, to enhance support delivery and connect participants with appropriate services, including housing, health, and substance misuse support.
Criteria
- Experience working in a target-driven environment, with experience of working towards KPIs.
- Mentoring experience, along with an IAG Level 3 qualification, is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
- Must be IT literate.
