KM Recruitment are delighted to be partnering with a leading training organisation, who are seeking a Management Assessor to deliver Apprenticeships to learners across Wales. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Assessor, or, an individual with strong Leadership and Management experience, who possesses a passion for training and development. Full training and development is provided for trainee candidates.
Essential Criteria:
- Must hold solid occupational experience within Leadership and Management.
- Must have experience within Project Management, OR, hold a Project Management qualification, e.g. PRINCE2, APM or similar.
- Ideally have experience of internal training, with a passion for learning and development.
- Must be confident with Maths, English and IT skills.
- Excellent communication skills (Welsh speaker desirable).
- Full, clean driving licence and access to own vehicle.
- Must be flexible with travel.
Duties:
- Train, assess and deliver Apprenticeships in Leadership and Management and Project Management.
- Support learners to achieve the Essential Skills in Literacy, Digital Literacy and Numeracy.
- Lead informal discussions and exploration of latest trends and sharing experiences.
- Manage a caseload of learners supporting them online and in person throughout their Apprenticeship, through to end-point assessment.
- Plan and deliver effective training and assessment based on individual learner needs.
- Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress.
- Support, advise and motivate learners.
- Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner's needs.
- Work to learner review and completion timescales.
