Role:
- Engage, motivate and support a caseload of unemployed participants through to gain sustainable employment.
- Identify and support individuals with any barriers to work.
- Work in partnership with your caseload to complete action plans, and to better understand their skills, aspirations and goals.
- Support participants with employability skills such as CV writing, job search, interview techniques, etc.
- Proactively engage with local employers to source vacancies, understand their recruitment needs and promote candidates.
- Maintain employer relationships and employer engagement databases.
Criteria:
- Experience of working in a target driven environment - business development, sales, recruitment, customer service etc.
- Ideally have experience of working within a similar Employment Advisor/Coach role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and support individuals from diverse backgrounds.
- Must be able to demonstrate experience of working towards KPIs.
- Must be IT literate.
