Essential Criteria:
- Strong occupational competency of working as a Paralegal (4 years minimum).
- Must hold a minimum of an A Level in Law.
- Experience of mentoring or coaching colleagues within a legal setting.
- Confident with Maths and English.
- Must be flexible with travel if required.
Duties include:
- Coach and mentor learners working towards the Level 3 Paralegal Apprenticeship.
- Ensure learners develop the knowledge, skills and behaviours required within their role, and to complete their Apprenticeship.
- Offer IAG and provide encouraging support and guidance to your learners throughout their learning journey.
- Identify any barriers to learning, and ensure learners are accessing any additional delivery routes available to them.
- Carry out timely progression reviews, set SMART targets and ensure timely achievement of the Apprenticeship qualification.
- Prepare and support learners through to End Point Assessment.
- Organise and maintain documentation on learners’ progress.
