Location: Home / Field based - Must be flexible with travel across London/Hertfordshire and the surrounding areas

Salary: up to Β£45,000 (Depending on skills and experience)

Type: Full Time, Contract (12 months)

The Role

  • Ensure all delivery staff have a clear understanding of their measurable Targets / KPI's, and effectively performance manage them to achieve these targets.
  • Lead, manage and motivate a team of Early Years Assessors, to achieve sustained high performance, and quality of delivery in line with our client's standards and Apprenticeship strategy.
  • Be responsible for financial management; ensuring spend/profit is monitored and in alignment with agreed budgets e.g. staffing, resource allocation, operational expenditure.
  • Work in partnership with the Quality team, ensuring Assessors are compliant and maintaining quality standards.
  • Address under-performance and set out clear corrective actions for improvement.
  • Develop and nurture your team, carry out regular performance reviews and ensure team targets are met and/or exceeded.

Essential Criteria

  • Must have experience of managing and motivating a team of Assessors delivering on Apprenticeship Standards, within Early Years or Business Services sectors.
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills.
  • Must hold a minimum of a Level 2 Functional Skills in English and Maths, or GCSE equivalents.
  • Excellent knowledge of Ofsted requirements.
  • Confident and professional with the ability to inspire and motivate people.
  • Full clean driving licence and use of own vehicle.
  • Must be flexible with travel.
