Job Title: Health and Social Care Trainer Assessor
Location: Home/Field based – Must be flexible with travel
Salary: Up to £30,000 (Depending on skills and experience)
Type: Full Time, Permanent
Essential Criteria:
- Hold either a recognised Assessor Award or Teaching qualification.
- Experience of delivering Apprenticeships in Health and Social Care up to Level 5.
- Experience of classroom-based training.
- Solid occupational experience within Health and Social Care at Management level.
- Full, clean driving licence and use of a vehicle.
- Flexibility with travel.
Duties include:
- Assess and support learners working towards Apprenticeships in Health and Social Care up to Level 5.
- Deliver training and support learners with Functional Skills Maths and English to Level 2.
- Manage your diary efficiently to ensure timely visits and reviews.
- Organise and maintain documentation on learners\’ progress.
- Support, advise, and motivate learners.
- Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learners\’ needs.
- Meet Assessor KPIs in terms of timely visits, quality paperwork, and general administration.

- Strong organisational skills and effective time management.
- Confident, professional, and able to inspire and motivate others.
- Quality-driven and willing to go the extra mile for learners.
