Essential Criteria
- Ideally hold experience of providing careers advice to adults, or experience of working within a customer facing, advice giving role (for example: recruitment, sales).
- Must demonstrate an engaging personality, with ability to motivate and encourage individuals with varying barriers.
- Must be flexible with travel to other sites, as required.
Role Responsibilities
- Work closely with a caseload of individuals, to identify suitable sectors of employment, and improve skills through further training/qualifications signposting.
- Conduct careers advice and guidance, CV writing workshops, interview techniques.
- Develop, agree, and regularly review individual action plans with service users, ensuring all guidance, objectives, and progress are clearly recorded and structured around SMART goals.
- Work towards and consistently aim to exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including engagement levels, review completion, and successful progression into education, training, employment, or other positive outcomes.
- Completing all necessary paperwork in line with compliance and quality standards.
