Essential Criteria:
- Hold a Level 3 in English or equivalent.
- Experience of delivering training – ideally within English / Literacy.
- Demonstrable energy and passion to motivate and train clients.
- Ability to overcome challenges and support learners to progress.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Demonstrate confidence, tenacity, and ability to work on own initiative.
Duties:
- Deliver Higher Level English within a classroom setting.
- Promote Equality and Diversity, Safeguarding, and Health and Safety.
- Utilise existing delivery resources, as well as preparing own when required.
- Deliver engaging training sessions and provide ongoing IAG to learners.
- Be flexible with delivery methods, providing differentiation and adapting quickly to learners' needs.
- Assist learners in identifying skills required to progress towards their career aspirations.
- Be engaging and demonstrate energy and passion to motivate/train clients to help learners realize their potential.
