Job Title: English Tutor

Location: Hemel Hempstead – Centre based

Salary: up to £34,000

Type: Full-time, Permanent

Essential Criteria:

• Hold a Level 3 in English or equivalent.
• Experience of delivering training – ideally within English / Literacy.
• Demonstrable energy and passion to motivate and train clients.
• Ability to overcome challenges and support learners to progress.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Demonstrate confidence, tenacity, and ability to work on own initiative.

Duties:

• Deliver Higher Level English within a classroom setting.
• Promote Equality and Diversity, Safeguarding, and Health and Safety.
• Utilise existing delivery resources, as well as preparing own when required.
• Deliver engaging training sessions and provide ongoing IAG to learners.
• Be flexible with delivery methods, providing differentiation and adapting quickly to learners\’ needs.
• Assist learners in identifying skills required to progress towards their career aspirations.
• Be engaging and demonstrate energy and passion to motivate/train clients to help learners realize their potential.
