KM are delighted to be supporting a Transport Training Academy, designed to help individuals start or progress their careers within the bus and passenger transport sector. Our client is offering this role as a Trainee or Qualified opportunity – full training will be provided for the successful candidate to achieve the Trainer/Assessor award.

Essential Criteria:
  • Ideally have experience of training/mentoring
  • Must hold valid PCV and CPC licences.
  • Hold a minimum of 2 years' experience as a Bus Driver.
  • Comfortable and confident to deliver classroom/workshop-based group sessions
  • Must be I.T. literate.
  • Full, clean, UK driving licence and use of own vehicle.
Duties:
  • Deliver a fully funded training programme for aspiring bus drivers, alongside ongoing development and mandatory CPC training for existing drivers.
  • Training delivery will be in-person classroom/workshop based.
  • Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress.
  • Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs.
  • Work to learner review and completion timescales.
