Job Title: Tutor/Assessor – Close Protection, Spectator Safety, Door Supervisor
Location: Watford / London – Must be flexible with travel
Salary: £32,000
Type: Full Time, 9-month FTC (Hours to be discussed with your Recruiter)
Essential Criteria
- Must hold a minimum of 2 of the following qualifications: Level 3 Conflict Management; Level 3 Close Protection and/or Level 3 Spectator Safety.
- Must hold either an Assessors award (D32/33, A1, CAVA or TAQA) AND/OR a Level 3 Teaching qualification.
- Experience of delivering accredited courses is desirable.
- Happy to deliver training in-person and online.
- Hold solid occupational experience within Close Protection.
- Driving licence and a vehicle – candidate must be flexible with travel.
Duties
- Manage a caseload of learners working towards qualifications in Close Protection, Spectator Safety and Door Supervisor – up to Level 3.
- Deliver engaging training and support learners through their qualifications.
- Managing your diary efficiently to ensure timely visits and reviews are conducted.
- Organise and maintain documentation on learners’ progress.
- Support, advise and motivate learners.
- Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs.

- Organisational skills are a must, as well as the ability to plan your time effectively.
- Confident and professional with the ability to inspire and motivate people.
