KM Recruitment is a specialist UK wide recruiter for the Skills and Employability sectors.

Location: Home based - Must be flexible with travel to our client's head office in Greater Manchester (once per month)

Salary: £26,000

Type: Full Time, Permanent (Flexible working can be considered)

Duties:

  • Managing the diaries of all Tutors/Assessors, to ensure effective scheduling of classroom and online training sessions; assessments and observations; learner progress reviews and CPD sessions.
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for all internal and external stakeholders; including the delivery team; learners; venues; awarding bodies and employers.
  • Scheduling of courses across nationwide venues, in line with Tutor/Assessor availability.
  • Developing and maintaining the annual training and assessment timetable, to ensure smooth delivery both on a face-to-face and online basis.
  • Scheduling of assessments, observations and grading in line with awarding body and organisational requirements.
  • Overseeing the onboarding process for learners, ensuring they have access to the required materials and guidance, and monitoring their progress throughout the duration of their course to ensure they are meeting expected deadlines.

Essential Criteria:

  • Experience of working within a similar role within the training industry.
  • Must possess strong organisational and diary management capabilities, with the ability to prioritise and balance multiple responsibilities.
  • Experience in managing the onboarding process for learners.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal).
  • Must be flexible with travel as required to Greater Manchester.
