Job Title: Trainee Hospitality Assessor (end point assessment) *Trainee or Qualified Opportunity* for an experienced hospitality professional specifically with the following competency at Team Leader / Deputy Management level or above; Front of House – preferably within a hotel setting – Food and Beverage; Reception; Reservations; Housekeeping; Management. Full training and support will be given to trainee candidates to achieve the Assessor / EPA award, upon achievement salary will be reviewed. Location: Home/Field based – Candidates must be flexible with travel across Crawley, Guildford, Croydon and surrounding areas Salary: £28,000 – £31,000 (Inclusive of location allowance depending on postcode) Package: Excellent Holiday Entitlement, Mileage from home, Pension + much more! Type: Full Time, Permanent Essential Criteria: Must hold solid, occupational competency at supervisory level or above (Front of House) – preferably within a hotel setting – (Food and Beverage; Reception; Reservations; Housekeeping; Management). Occupational experience within a Kitchen environment would be highly desirable. Ideally hold a recognised Assessor award: D32/33, A1, CAVA or TAQA. Must be IT Literate – training will be provided on company systems. Full, clean driving licence and own vehicle. Must be flexible with travel.Duties: As an End Point Assessor, you will responsible for completing a range of EPA activities, both face to face and electronically, with Apprentices completing Hospitality Apprenticeship Standards up to Level 3. These EPA activities include: to carry out End Point Assessment, scheduling of EPA activities, marking, grading and regular planning meetings with candidates and employers. Complete all necessary administration, ensuring that all data is processed and supplied in a timely manner. Maintain a working knowledge of EPA, your vocational area, Apprenticeship Standards and evidence of CPD. Participate in standardisation and training activities.
