Job Description

KM Recruitment is a specialist UK wide recruiter for the Skills and Employability sectors.\\n\\nJob Title: Teaching Assistant Tutor / Trainer\\n\\nLocation: Candidate to ideally live in the Yorkshire and Humber area – Online delivery, with occasional in-person classroom-based delivery.\\n\\nSalary: up to £35,000 (Depending on skills and experience) + bonus potential\\n\\nType: Full Time, Permanent\\n\\nEssential Criteria:\\n\\nMust hold a Teaching qualification at Level 3 or above (PTLLS/AET) \\nMust hold a recognised SEN qualification.\\nMust possess SEN Teaching experience.\\nExperience of delivering training / qualifications to learners – online OR face to face in a group setting.\\nFull clean driving licence and own vehicle.\\nIT literate\\nMust be flexible with travel.Duties:\\n\\nTo deliver accredited pre-employment qualifications in SEN, to learners predominantly on a remote online basis with occasional classroom based delivery.\\nManaging your diary efficiently to ensure timely assessments and reviews are conducted.\\nEmbed Maths, English and ICT skills in to your delivery. \\nDevelop tailored training / workshops and adopt a more personalised approach for individuals requiring more support.\\nSupport, advise and motivate learners.Please note:\\n\\nKM Recruitment receive a high number of applications for each role advertised and although we would like to, we are not always able to deliver feedback to unsuccessful candidates.
